INTELLICASE  was designed as a support ticket management. In a short time, I developed a simple design to complete all the requirements and most importantly, get usability.  My challenge in this project was the deadline. 
I worked with the Product Owner (PO) to discuss all the project's details and requirements. As a visual designer, I studied the information provided to develop a whole concept from user experience principles and design to prototype. Meetings were scheduled to discuss any adjustments needed. Every feedback from the PO was worked to deliver a final result and accomplish the client's needs.
